Job Title: Salesforce Systems Administrator

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite role with potential for a hybrid schedule after 90 days)

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Salesforce Systems Administrator to lead the management, administration, and development of critical business applications, with a strong focus on Salesforce. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and IT professionals to drive enhancements, maintain stability, and support the integration of Salesforce with other systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about leveraging technology to streamline business operations and create scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical expert for Salesforce and other business applications.
• Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Perform data analysis, cleansing, and validation to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement custom dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and support application integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Monitor and apply updates from Salesforce releases; suggest enhancements and optimizations.
• Work closely with IT peers to ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications.
• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose strategic improvements.
• Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Manage application-related Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations in collaboration with the System Administrator.
• Support cloud-based applications and maintain proper licensing and access protocols.
• Partner with developers and project managers to meet project timelines and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including user management, configuration, and security.
• Experience setting up and managing Salesforce Flows and automating business processes.
• Proven ability to work with business leaders to gather requirements, evaluate workflows, and design solutions that align with business needs.
• 1–2 years of general IT support experience, including troubleshooting desktops, applications, and Office 365 products.
• Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC) is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of SaaS application support, with exposure to tools such as: RingCentral, SAP Concur, Adobe Acrobat / Acrobat Sign
• Solid understanding of data management best practices and experience with data analysis and cleansing.
• Familiarity with SSO implementation and cloud-based application configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications are a plus.
