Overview

Healthcare Services opportunity with base salary up to $92,000 plus bonus and equity. Flexible work schedules with remote options. Responsibilities
  • Analyze MSSP data to identify candidates for the ABCOT initiative and support strategic decision-making
  • Track and manage risks associated with non-primary care services within partner practices
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize the placement of practices into groups for shared savings
  • Prepare reports and deliver analytics to support ACO composition projects
  • Create engaging presentations and communications for stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in business, health administration, or public policy
  • 4+ years of experience related to the business of healthcare
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to work with complex data sets
  • Proficient in Google Slides with strong storyboarding and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience with complex stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Medicare Shared Savings Program and other healthcare business models
  • Proven experience collaborating with clinical and operational colleagues
  • Ability to explain complex business concepts to decision-makers
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Monday.com
