Overview

Were looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as an Operations Associate. Operations Associates are organized and efficient, with a focus on maintaining an organized stockroom to support excellent customer service. The role also includes supporting the sales floor in stocking and maintaining store displays. A positive attitude, enthusiasm and the ability to multitask are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize company sales growth and profitability by maintaining the stockroom and sales floor and facilitating the flow of product to provide an engaging customer experience.
  • Receive and process trucks; safely handle customer pick-up orders.
  • Safely operate and maintain all stockroom equipment and tools.
  • Support financial and inventory accuracy in collaboration with the Assistant Leaders.
  • Perform general store maintenance and maintain store lighting.
  • Maintain awareness of current product in all departments.
  • Model excellent service with a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues.
  • Participate in weekly merchandising meetings, store meetings and training sessions.
  • Promote teamwork and safe, respectful, efficient collaboration.
  • Support an organized and efficient stockroom to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist with executing the stores seasonal and weekly floor plans under supervision.
  • Maintain knowledge of computers, systems and programs relevant to the position; participate in ongoing technology training.
What youll bring to the table
  • Stock, Distribution Center, or retail experience preferred
  • Good reading, written and verbal English skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Full-Time: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends
  • Part-Time: Availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night
Compensation

Minimum Starting Rate: $17.00 Hourly Up to: $21.25 Hourly Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to salary, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, incentives, and long-term incentives.
