Relief Engineer - ABM : Job Details

The Operations Engineer I performs scheduled maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs on various types of equipment and reports to the Operations Engineer III.

$49.76/hour

The listed pay is an hourly range for this position. Actual offers will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical field, or five (5) years of equivalent engineering experience
• Valid, unexpired driver's license
• Engineering license in the jurisdiction where work will be performed

• With a Bachelor of Science degree, three (3) years of prior engineering experience is preferred
• Without a Bachelor of Science degree, seven (7) years of prior engineering experience is preferred

• Follow safe practices and comply with company and regulatory standards
• Operate heating, ventilating equipment, engines, turbines, motors, pumps, air compressors, and other machinery at the client site
• Collaborate with internal and external customers on technical issues, work scope, and failure investigations
• Provide engineering support for systems, maintenance programs, engines, and operational functions
• Analyze and develop solutions for design, operation, maintenance, and repair issues
• Define maintenance or troubleshooting procedures to ensure safe and legal operation
• Review manufacturer service bulletins and develop solutions and implementation plans
• Manage project implementation, cost/benefit analysis, and warranty recovery
• Coordinate with operational groups to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency
