Regional Director of Operations - AmerisourceBergen Corporation : Job Details

Ensure procedures are implemented and field offices are compliant with all SOPs, procedures, and TSA regulations. Use KPIs to track overall World Courier regional and individual station performance. Ensure quality hiring procedures are in place to maintain excellence in our brokerage, packaging, agents, and facilities work force. Complete employee performance reviews, salary reviews and driver mileage reimbursement. Work with Quality Assurance and the operations team to complete and monitor all exception reports and incidents and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Ensure operational equipment needs are met, monitoring usage and replacements as needed. Ensure new employee and recurrent training is completed. Monitor airline performance and take corrective actions as necessary. Ensure regulatory compliance with local and national government agencies (CBP, FDA, USDA, TSA, FAA etc)Work nationally and globally with managers/offices on issues.
