Regional Director of Human Resources - Big Tex Trailer Manufacturing : Job Details

Hire, train, guide, and develop a team of Human Resources professionals, ensuring proper support of all facilities Manage the recruiting, staffing, onboarding and training functions for the business units Align others when driving positive change for the business and our employees, influence and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization Review the time and labor system to ensure team member compliance and reporting Ensure that all human resources standards are consistently met including, but not limited to: safety, security, confidentiality, accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, etc. Facilitate team member relations coaching with leaders and team members to facilitate proper business outcomes Partner with site and team leaders to facilitate consistent policy implementation.
