Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 10 years of experience with construction contracting, pricing, and measurement methods on industrial projects.
  • 10 years of experience in construction commercial/cost control, supply chain, contracts, or project management.
  • 7 years of leadership experience.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 10 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of agreements, law, claims management.
  • Understanding of construction costs, measurement methods, and influencing factors.
  • Leadership, influencing, coaching, teamwork, and results delivery skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across management levels.
About The Job

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex projects, coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate across teams globally.

In this role, you will drive construction procurement, contracting, and strategy development, supporting project planning and execution, and providing expertise in construction contracting and cost management.

Google's infrastructure teams build and maintain data centers and platforms, ensuring fast, reliable services worldwide.

Salary Range

The US base salary range is $221,000-$311,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Exact compensation depends on location, skills, experience, and education.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in construction contracting and cost relationships.
  • Model business processes, ensure compliance, and manage risk.
  • Support project execution within budget and schedule.
  • Train and coach project teams in business processes and tools.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate agreements, and develop performance metrics.
