What You'll Be Doing as Quality Inspector
- Inspect parts and assemblies at multiple stages of the production process
- Monitor and report on quality trends across CNC machining, powder coating, welding, deburring, and final assembly
- Perform hands-on visual and dimensional inspections using standard tools and gauges
- Verify components and finished goods meet specifications before they move forward
- Document nonconformities and work with production teams to resolve issues
- Maintain records and support internal audits
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing operations
About You
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Familiar with CNC operations, powder coating, deburring, and weld quality standards
- Comfortable reading blueprints and using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly with team members
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time
