What You'll Be Doing as Quality Inspector

• Inspect parts and assemblies at multiple stages of the production process
• Monitor and report on quality trends across CNC machining, powder coating, welding, deburring, and final assembly
• Perform hands-on visual and dimensional inspections using standard tools and gauges
• Verify components and finished goods meet specifications before they move forward
• Document nonconformities and work with production teams to resolve issues
• Maintain records and support internal audits
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing operations

About You

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Familiar with CNC operations, powder coating, deburring, and weld quality standards
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with team members
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time
