Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through punch list and closeout
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project goals are met
- Oversee bidding, contract negotiation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and critical deadlines are achieved
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project cost tracking
- Lead OAC meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders clearly and professionally
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all project activities
- Provide mentorship to Assistant PMs and collaborate closely with Superintendents

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Strong leadership, scheduling, and client communication skills required.
- 5-10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (ground-up, interiors, or renovations)
- Familiarity with Westchester County building codes, permitting processes, and local subcontractor market
- Experience working on projects in healthcare, education, corporate interiors, or municipal sectors is a plus
- Excellent time management, budgeting, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specs
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and related construction software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
