  • Oversee execution, ensure compliance with scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Track deliverables and create communication/test/requirements plans.
  • Report regularly to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and final project closing documentation.
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making, remove project roadblocks.
  • Manage cross-functional project activities and team collaboration.
