Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to oversee and direct the project team comprised of company employees and subcontracted personnel.
The PM will accomplish program objectives for development, production, and sustainment to meet the customer's operational needs.
Duties will focus on managing performance, cost, and schedule of all customer Integrated Product Support deliverables, including PPL, EDFP, IETM, TSP, IMI, IK TB, and MAC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure appropriate performance.
- Review program CDRL documents for schedule consistency, compliance, and financial requirements.
- Evaluate and balance anticipated budget expectations.
- Work closely with COR on program issues.
- Prepare briefing packages for high-level leadership as needed.
- Meet with customer and contractor personnel to review task plans and deliverables.
- Ensure conformance with program tasks, schedules, and costs.
- Manage project scope, including initiation, planning, definition, and change control.
- Conduct cost management activities such as resource planning, estimating, budgeting, and cost control.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least four (4) years of experience in management and supervision of US Army Material Fielding and Integrated Product Support.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Proven track record of completing projects on schedule and within budget.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Knowledge of applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Additional relevant experience or military service can substitute for education.
Desired Requirements:
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience in Army tactical communications, SINCGARS Radio, HF, SATCOM radios, and tactical networking radios is a plus.
Other Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Travel: 0%-10%.

MAG Aerospace offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including health, life, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and professional development. Salary range: $80,500 to $149,500 annually.
