The LJA Program Management group oversees transportation projects and programs to ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and meets the quality standards of the client. We augment the client's staff by overseeing other consultant work, providing in-house production work upon request, and training in our area of expertise. We provide project management support for all phases of a project's life - preliminary engineering, final design, construction inspection and maintenance and asset management – to accomplish the client's goals and needs.
