Program Manager, Organizational Development - Contract - Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union : Job Details

This position is a contract role, remote or hybrid out of Poughkeepsie, NY or Malta, NY. The contract duration is 5 months (8/18/25-1/18/25) 40 hours per week. HVCUs working hours are 8 am-5 pm Mon-Fri. Payrate: $62.50/hr Hudson Valley Credit Union (HVCU) is seeking a Program Manager, Organizational Development (Contract) to craft and evolve learning experiences that support emerging and seasoned leaders. Youll design programs that are inclusive, experiential, and rooted in real-world leadership challenges, growing a community of empowered change-makers across our organization. In addition to designing program goals, objectives, and supporting documentation (Learner Guides, Worksheets, Design Documents), youll focus on measuring the impact of our programs on the individual and organizational levels.
