Responsible for the overall operation of the shelter and the program, ensuring compliance with OTDA/DHS shelter guidelines. Reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of Housing Services. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required.

• Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

• Supervise the Director of Social Services, Administrative Assistant, and Housing Specialist.
• Ensure all agency, division, and shelter policies are followed and social services operate effectively and in compliance.
• Achieve housing targets.
• Create accurate monthly reports internally and externally.
• Report incidents timely and accurately.
• Address families' needs through regular meetings with staff.
• Participate in hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide regular supervision to social services staff.
• Represent the agency at external meetings and collaborations.
• Monitor program performance against benchmarks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Master's Degree in social work or related field, with at least five years of human services experience including three in supervisory roles. Strong planning, interpersonal, and communication skills required. Must be on-call 24/7 for emergencies, willing to travel locally, proficient with computers, and familiar with CARES.
