Reporting to the Center Director, the Program Director is an in-center position responsible for overseeing Sensory Motor and Academic programs. They will coach and schedule staff at Brain Balance. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, program management, staff coaching, and mentoring. The Program Director will focus on achieving program outcomes for children in the Omaha center, aiming to improve client and family satisfaction. They will be accountable for specific KPIs and will work to meet or exceed re-enrollment and revenue goals monthly, while overseeing program outcomes and parent satisfaction.

Duties include:

  • Manage coaching staff, training, and program support
  • Conduct welcome, progress, mastery, and re-enrollment meetings
  • Assist in managing customer service and support
  • Maintain proficiency in all phases of Sensory Motor and Academic programs
  • Utilize onsite and online training to manage staff effectively
  • Understand and manage all aspects of CRM
  • Implement program updates and training for staff
  • Review student programs regularly to ensure success
  • Lead with enthusiasm, positive attitude, and commitment to objectives
  • Maintain a positive, customer-centric center culture

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Focus on KPIs that drive growth, leveraging management, sales, customer service, and training experience
  • Ability to demonstrate and perform program exercises
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, jump, and stretch
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with timely responses
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss priorities, student programs, and performance
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team

Required education and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of leadership experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job location:

  • The Program Director will primarily work in the center with some outside school visits.
