- Pioneer groundbreaking programs that transcend traditional academics, with a laser focus on developing leadership skills, fostering independence, and cultivating healthy competition
- Architect and launch our flagship physical campus, including innovative staffing structures, purposeful space utilization, and streamlined operations
- Craft compelling narratives and marketing strategies that resonate with parents, while developing systematic approaches to fuel nationwide expansion
- Establish and codify the gold standard for program quality and create signature cultural elements that will define all future campuses
- Serve as the charismatic ambassador of our revolutionary model, building visibility and credibility through strategic media engagement, signature events, and key partnerships
What You Won't Be Doing
- Managing a conventional school environment with traditional classroom structures and rigid schedules
- Diluting our mission by offering watered-down programs that merely scratch the surface of gifted education
- Making minor adjustments to existing educational frameworks—we're creating something entirely new
- Prioritizing vanity metrics over meaningful impact—our focus is on transformative learning outcomes
- Working exclusively remotely—while we offer flexibility, you'll need to spend approximately one week monthly in Austin to maintain ground-level connection with our mission
Program Director Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creation, validation, and nationwide scaling of a revolutionary gifted education model, beginning with a prototype campus that will set new standards for excellence in gifted education and expand into a national network of transformative schools.Basic Requirements
- Proven track record as a founder or early leader who has scaled a venture to significant impact (minimum 1M USD annual revenue), particularly valuable if in education or operations-heavy sectors
- Authentic connection to and understanding of gifted students' needs, whether through personal, professional, or lived experience
- Forward-thinking mindset with demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Exceptional communication skills with a documented history of winning over skeptics and building passionate supporter bases
- U.S.-based with capability and willingness to spend at least one week per month in Austin
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
