The Manpower Scheduler schedules the employees we need to efficiently run our facility. It is also a critical role in ensuring that our employees pay, time-off and absences are accurate as well as enforcing our policies fairly, consistently and as transparently as possible.

Factory Location: Dallas, TXCompensation: $28.51 / hourSchedule: Monday - Friday, Day ShiftAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities:
  • Create the plant schedule for all employees based on production and shipping demand, ensuring that we are always properly staffed
  • Track and monitor employee hours, time-off, and absences for accuracy and confirming that all employees, including leaders, are consistently following plan policies
  • Make the scheduling, vacation and overtime process as organized, transparent, and available with as much notice as possible
  • Manage employee staffing matrix and coordinate with department leaders to ensure we hire the correct number of employees with the right skills
  • New employee training and creating the best onboarding experience
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and personal information
  • Many administrative, clerical, and front office tasks, including visitor reception
  • Coordination and planning of company events for our employees or the community
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • Excel wizardry and a high level of organization is necessary for success in this role
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to enforce plant policies with all employees, including leaders, in a respectful and constructive manner
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee situations with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize work based on facility needs
  • Productive under high work loads
  • Ability to modify work schedule to meet facility needs around important deadlines, such as pay period close
  • Ability to work well as a team and anticipate other's needs to help where able
