We are looking for a skilled production manager responsible for daily management and scheduling of our in-house production in the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, offer strategic and creative production solutions, work independently, and adapt to new processes.

• Create and manage in-house production schedules, ensuring processes stay within budget and on time.
• Oversee and ensure efficient fabrication of all Range Ward equipment.
• Develop a thorough understanding of production processes and raw material needs.
• Hold manufacturing team accountable to goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols.
• Communicate regularly with upper management about production issues and opportunities.
• Coordinate finished product timelines and availability with the sales team.

• Preferably a 4-year degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in production management (manufacturing).
• Experience with computer-based work orders and inventory management systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to anticipate potential problems and opportunities.
• Effective communicator with accountability for labor management.
• Experience in agriculture is preferred.
