Product Development Project Manager - International Erosion Control Association : Job Details

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Duties:

• Lead the planning and development efforts for the company, with a focus on implementing a suite of FWA and Fios Promotions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and internal Product Leads to identify key system attributes and integration elements
• Partner with Global Technology Solutions architects and SMEs, as well as third-party vendors, to define platform requirements, integration points, and ensure alignment on deliverables
• Coordinate with company's Consumer Group teams to manage platform synergies and shared Jira stories across business units
• Drive the execution and management of trial programs with select VBG customers, ensuring thorough planning, delivery, and measurement of launch success
• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and post-launch lifecycle management
• Define minimum viable products, prioritize product backlogs, and make strategic trade-offs to meet project timelines and enable rapid iteration
• Work closely with GTS to formalize user stories, manage sprint execution, and track development progress
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for pilot programs and full launches, using insights to continuously optimize the product
• Capture and analyze customer feedback post-launch to drive future product enhancements and elevate user experience
• Champion the product vision by aligning stakeholders, developing commercialization strategies, and clearly communicating product value to internal and external audiences
• Manage program schedules across multiple teams, facilitating awareness, coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful delivery

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in product management, product development, portfolio strategy, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the wireless, telecommunications, or a closely related industry
• Hands-on experience with company's processes and familiarity with past company product launches
• Proven ability to develop Jira stories for large, complex projects
• A strong track record of translating market insights and strategic direction into clear, actionable requirements and compelling product narratives
• Experience authoring device requirements or test plans
• Expertise in launching products and developing detailed product roadmaps
• Excellent communication, presentation, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• A strong interest in emerging wireless products, devices, software technologies, and market trends
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong technical acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences

The approximate pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $87.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
