Overview
Work alongside course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums and proctor 1-1 or small groups of special students receiving disability-related accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside TU-PA course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums.
- Proctor 1-1 or small groups of students receiving disability-related accommodations.
- Be familiar with academic integrity protocols -- e.g. distance, seating, focused attention, exam start/stop time policies.
- Be able to confront and report suspected behaviors allegedly in violation of integrity rules.
Qualifications
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Sensitivity in communications with faculty, students, and other staff.
- Ability to follow integrity protocols.
- Comfort with an occasional need to confront and report suspicious behavior.
- Collaborative working style.
- Work experience in any educational or administrative capacity.
Work Conditions
- Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
- Extensive time sitting and standing.
Salary
Maximum Salary: USD $25.00/Hr. Minimum Salary: USD $20.00/Hr.
