L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Production Operations Manager to join our growing Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment Missile Solutions Sector facility in Camden, Arkansas. This role is a key product-centric leadership position reporting into site leadership, serving as the liaison between the program office and the Camden facility. You will lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) of indirect reports to achieve delivery, quality, and cost goals for a product line.

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant operations, program, or production experience; or Graduate Degree with at least 7 years; or in lieu of a degree, 13 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing/production.

• Aerospace and defense industry experience.
• Experience with MS Office products.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and develop technical solutions with minimal supervision.
