Location: Pittsburgh PA, 15222 – 3 days onsite – 2 days remote

Duration: 7 Months Contract to Hire

Working Hours (Flexible): 8-5, EST

Physical Security technology group supports all bank access controls and video cameras across the bank footprint, including alarm points and panels, as well as cloud apps for international traveler protection and risk assessments. It interfaces with Life Safety.

Engineers interact with backend systems and manage applications, not hardware or server building.

• Maintain operational health of the environment
• Utilize physical security apps to monitor area health
• Ensure physical security systems are functional
• Open tickets and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution
• Follow up on open tickets
• Implement new services
• Conduct testing with SR engineers

• Experience with physical security technology/apps such as AMAG Symmetry, AMAG Connect, Idemia MorphoWave, MorphoManager, Verint VidCenter, or Video Inspector
• Proficiency in Windows 2019/2022 or Linux Red Hat 8/9
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure and software lifecycle management
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow

• Managing commercial off-the-shelf applications
• Understanding APIs, Certificates, Single Sign-On technologies
• Open-source mindset for product improvement
• Cross-functional collaboration and influence
