A leader in the media and entertainment industry is hiring a Performance Marketing Director in New York, NY for a full-time onsite position.

Performance Marketing Director Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in paid media advertising with expertise across search, social, and programmatic.
• Background in agency or in-house media planning and activation.
• Proven track record in optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Performance Marketing Director Responsibilities:

• Lead development of cross-channel media plans including Paid Social, Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Affiliate, and Paid Search.
• Manage media budgets, oversee allocations, and partner with analytics teams to drive performance optimizations.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategic pivots to achieve KPIs.
• Drive innovation by implementing testing frameworks and identifying new tools or resources.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering expertise in media planning and execution.
