Processing accurate and timely payroll, including timesheets, wages, deductions, and fringe benefits Maintaining payroll records, employee files, and ensuring compliance with payroll laws and company policies Preparing and submitting regular reports (payroll, staffing, 401k, wage reporting, tax reconciliation, audits) Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and new hire processes, including background checks and job postings Responding to HR and payroll inquiries while assisting employees and managers with HRIS and ESS systems Coordinating HR activities such as training, performance reviews, recognition events, and compliance tracking

3+ years of experience in payroll and HR, with strong knowledge of related laws and regulations Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines with strong analytical skills Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems; ADP experience preferred Effective verbal and written communication skills
