Position: Payroll Administrator Reports To: Controller Location: Stamford CT On site M-F Department: Finance Key Responsibilities Maintain payroll-related employee data using ADP Oversee employee payroll records and ensure contribution accuracy Manage direct deposit setups and updates Support employees with payroll inquiries Administer electronic timekeeping systems Calculate hours, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions Generate and distribute earnings statements Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs Maintain tax reports generated via ADP Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams for data accuracy Provide assistance to the Finance team as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred 3 years of experience in payroll operations Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred) Strong numerical and organizational skills Ability to prioritize, manage time, and multitask Clear communication skills...Payroll Administrator, Payroll, Administrator, Accounting, Staffing
