Location: Rockford, MN

Hours: 7 am 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Wage: $19.50/hour

What You'll Do as a Packaging Operator:

• Accurately pick, pack, weigh, and label products according to customer orders
• Ensure all shipments are correctly prepared and packaged
• Complete customer orders promptly and efficiently
• Record and maintain shipping, order, and labeling documentation
• Keep inventory organized, separated, and easy to access
• Use equipment such as dollies and pallet wrappers safely
• Operate palletizers as needed
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned
• Scan and sort incoming and outgoing stock

What We're Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of packing and shipping procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
