Job Location : California,MO, USA
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Cloud HCM modules including ATS, Onboarding, Compensation and Performance Management.
· Understand the integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and other HR tools in use and provide suggestions to optimize the HR processes
· Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, for HR solutions leveraging standard processes, customizations and integrations
· Conduct system testing and resolve issues with cross-functional impact, ensuring the quality and reliability of Oracle Cloud solutions
· Provide functional expertise and guidance during the enhancement and support of Oracle HCM
· Work closely with technical team and business users on projects, tasks and issue resolutions
· Ensure data, system access and processes are in compliance with the internal controls and industry standards
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven experience as an Oracle Functional / BSA with expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM in area of ORC , Compensation, and Workforce Management modules.
· Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and functionality – data flows, processes and integrations
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
