Operations Director - HEXCEL CORPORATION : Job Details

Lead efforts to provide world-class environmental, health, and safety performance and advance sustainability initiatives to meet corporate targets. Lead operations to produce materials upwards of $200 M in annual revenue, approximately 500 people, and a capital expenditure budget of up to $13 M. Responsible for timely customer delivery of high-quality products. Achieve labor, material, and fixed cost targets to control costs, cash, and maximize variable and gross margins targets as well as inventory and CAPEX plans. Plans and executes actions to drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve customer responsiveness significantly.
