WE ARE HIRING FULL-TIME ONSITE DATA SCIENTIST NEAR THE D.C AREA! Position: NLP Data Scientist Job Type: Full Time Mode of Work: Onsite Location: SteerBridge Headquarters, Vienna, VA (Tysons Corner) POSITION OVERVIEW SteerBridge Strategies is seeking an experienced NLP Data Scientist to support high-impact projects focused on extracting actionable insights from unstructured data sources. In this role, you will develop and fine-tune natural language processing models to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and automation of complex decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and NLP techniques, with the ability to work with large, domain-specific datasets to derive meaningful outcomes. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• U.S. Citizenship & ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline-or equivalent experience.
• Location: Must be local to the Washington, D.C. area and able to work 5-days a week from our company headquarters located at 8521 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA 22182 ( Non-Local candidates MUST be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance can be provided.)
• 5-8 years, Python, Amazon Comprehend Medical, Google Cloud NLP, and transformers.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Familiar with SQL, Jupyter notebooks, and collaborative coding environments.
• Ability to communicate complex data science concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

COMPENSATION Starting from $137,000 annually. A salary commensurate with background and experience will be offered. BENEFITS
