Our SaaS software solutions, including OneScan and Investigator, help manufacturers, distributors, and pharmacies ensure supply chain safety, meet FDA compliance, and combat counterfeit drugs. We blend high tech, regulatory insight, and healthcare mission to deliver smarter, safer pharmaceutical logistics. Position Summary LSPedia is seeking a high-performing, self-motivated, and execution-focused Director of Marketing to lead and build our growing marketing team. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, where strategic thinking and hands-on execution go hand in hand. You'll drive end-to-end marketing strategy, manage a talented team, and also directly contribute as an individual contributor - ensuring that no good idea sits on the shelf and nothing slips through the cracks. We're looking for a creative and organized doer who loves ownership, thrives under pressure, and can confidently lead campaigns that build brand, drive demand, and generate revenue. You'll be responsible for scaling programs across digital channels, events, webinars, podcasts, website, and more - with a laser focus on performance, analytics, and ROI. Who You Are

  • A marketing rockstar with a strong sense of urgency, creativity, and accountability.
  • You're a leader who leads by doing - not afraid to get in the weeds when needed.
  • A natural motivator and team builder with strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Data-driven, results-obsessed, and always looking for ways to optimize performance.
  • Equally comfortable building strategy as you are firing off a great subject line or landing page.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Analytics
  • Lead and inspire a talented team: Sr. Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Coordinator, Event Marketing Coordinator, Video & Content Manager, Web Developer, and interns.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline across paid media, SEO, email, webinars, trade shows, podcasts, and more.
  • Own our event strategy - plan and execute LSPedia's presence at trade shows, conferences, and hosted events with excellence.
  • Lead and manage paid search, display, and social advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize the entire marketing funnel, improving MQL-to-SQL conversions and lowering cost per lead.
  • Own marketing analytics, providing actionable insights on campaign performance, funnel velocity, and ROI.
  • Maintain the marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring clean data, proper campaign tracking, and accurate attribution reporting.
  • Build and manage performance dashboards and conversion metrics to guide strategic decisions.
Sales Enablement & Lead Generation
  • Build and execute integrated lead generation strategies to support outbound and inbound sales teams.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including case studies, playbooks, and product collateral.
  • Align campaign strategy to key revenue targets, verticals, and buyer personas.
Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Support
  • Support email marketing, event marketing, and webinar campaigns from planning to execution and follow-up.
  • Collaborate on social media strategy and execution, amplifying LSPedia's brand and thought leadership.
  • Help define, document, and refine internal marketing processes for scale and alignment.
Minimum Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or high-tech companies.
  • Proven successful track record with paid search, lead gen, funnel optimization, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience maintaining a marketing automation system and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong skills in data hygiene, attribution modeling, and reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration skills-able to work cross-functionally with sales, content, events, and product teams.
  • Must be able to work on-site full-time in our Farmington Hills office.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in pharma or healthcare.
What We Offer
  • High-impact, strategic role in a growing SaaS company.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Collaborative and mission-driven work environment.
  • Exposure to both tech and healthcare industries with real-world impact.
