Job Description - Maintenance Electrician (3rd Shift: 10PM-6AM) Location: Albion, IN A leading manufacturer and supplier of axles, suspension, brakes, doors, venting products, trailer parts, accessories, and towing components serving the commercial trailer, RV, heavy-duty, marine, agriculture, and manufactured housing markets is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for 3rd Shift at its Albion, IN manufacturing facility. This organization, headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana, operates manufacturing and distribution locations across the U.S. and Canada. With state-of-the-art robotics, precision welding equipment, and automated machining processes, it remains committed to superior quality, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical problems in accordance with standard electrical trade practices
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment independently or instruct others on necessary repairs
  • Perform all essential duties and responsibilities of an Electrical Technician
  • Apply strong electrical, CNC, and robotic knowledge in a manufacturing setting
  • Utilize electrical formulas relevant to troubleshooting and repair tasks
  • Understand and troubleshoot solid-state devices
  • Reprogram ladder logic and use diagnostic software effectively
  • Troubleshoot and resolve major equipment problems
  • Work overtime when necessary to support production
  • Maintain reliable attendance, comply with safety procedures, and contribute positively to team culture
  • Take charge of maintenance operations in the absence of the supervisor or group leader
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school, OR
  • 5+ years of relevant experience/training, OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
