Position: Mail Processing Assistant

Location: Erlanger, KY

Compensation: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Additional Requirement: Mandatory Saturday shifts as needed

Role Overview:

In this key position, you will:

• Load paper rolls onto inserter equipment as needed for various jobs.
• Set up inserts according to job specifications.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation before, during, and after job completion.
• Ensure all job components such as envelopes, inserts, tags, and placards are accounted for and prepared correctly.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Participate in training until proficient and capable of working independently.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Must understand and follow numerical sequences.
• Ability to stand for the duration of your assigned shift.

The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600 - $33,250, and additional compensation opportunities may be available based on performance and business needs.
