Licensed Journeyman Plumber - waterco : Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service/install team in establishing proper service and installation processes as defined by Culligan by WaterCo
• Install water treatment systems, including water softeners and reverse osmosis units, in residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Assess customer needs and design customized water treatment solutions.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry regulations, safety protocols, and Culligan's high-quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on proper system maintenance and usage.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant plumbing codes and safety guidelines.

Compensation:

• $33-35/hr depending on experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid journeyman plumbing license (required).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of plumbing experience, with preference for candidates with water treatment system expertise.
• Proficiency in plumbing tools and ability to interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with the local service area.
• Must pass a DOT physical (at hire and biennially), drug screening, and background check in compliance with state and federal laws.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to lift and carry 80-100 pounds
• Capable of driving for extended periods (2-3 hours at a time).
• Ability to kneel, bend, push, pull, and maneuver in confined spaces as needed.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently and sit for extended durations while traveling.
