Are you a Revit expert looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced design-build firm? Boston Architects & Builders (BAB) is seeking a Junior Architect to support high-end residential and multi-unit projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical proficiency in Revit and a keen interest in project coordination.

You'll work closely with senior architects and construction teams, gaining hands-on experience in every phase of the project while helping to bridge technology and design in a collaborative environment. Due to the nature of the fast paced design-build environment, communication flow is rapid, and the role may occasionally require you to put in time outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed Revit models, construction documents, and technical drawings.
  • Assist with project coordination, working directly with clients, subcontractors, and material vendors.
  • Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable materials.
  • Support the Senior Architect in design execution while also helping with software-related tasks.
  • Attend site visits to understand real-world construction challenges.
  • Work with the team to ensure seamless design-to-build integration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in architectural practice preferred, ideally in residential projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (required), with experience in BuilderTrend a plus.
  • Interest in project coordination and construction.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Boston-based or willing to relocate for full-time, in-person employment.
Salary & Benefits:
  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
