The IT Services Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and adoption of multiple technology solutions related to new and existing products, modules, and services. The Project Manager coordinates efforts between suppliers and the project teams; is accountable for defining and managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality of the initiatives; and is responsible for the overall progress, execution, management, and closure of initiatives under supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify, assemble, and coordinate internal and external resources to create project teams. Gain consensus on deliverables and benefit realization and build business case for the initiative, as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and IT Service staff to develop project plans, processes, and communication standards for each project. Execute and manage the plan, including budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Ensure effective communication to the project team and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver requirements documentation, progress reports, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage project changes in scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Identify and document potential issues and devise contingency plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to develop contracts and statements of work. Manage relationships ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Provide leadership of business and organizational change through appropriately designed and executed change management plans.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A bachelor's degree in a computer or business-related field.
  • Customer centricity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Growth mindset and intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience as a Project Manager or team member on project teams.
  • Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Project Management Professional certification, Agile Certified Practitioner, or Certified ScrumMaster.
  • Knowledge of PM methodologies and SDLC.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, UNIX server systems, and Cisco networking.
  • Ability to manage and motivate project teams to achieve organizational goals.
