The scope includes complete end-to-end implementations, technical upgrades, and various module implementations. The candidate needs to have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to deliver results while managing multiple projects simultaneously.This is a hands-on project manager position, and it requires the incumbent to participate in and lead all phases of the project—design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance.Responsibilities:

• Manage, deliver, and support ERP, PLM and/or CPQ implementations that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for Flowserve.
• Manage implementation risk, manage project economics including planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the business as well as IT governance and be accountable for execution.
• Manage the day-to-day interactions with business management and sponsorship.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Ensure end to end project governance and drive standardization in the processes.
• Lead a cross-functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Use technology to ensure all parties are informed on schedule and budget.
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Information Systems Manager, IT Project Manager, Application Developer, Systems Analyst, or in a related occupation.
• A Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science is required.
• Smartsheet, PowerBI and/or Microsoft Projects experience.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Excellent organization and presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English).

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Working experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Working experience in one or more of the following applications as PM: ERP (SAP S/4 HANA), PLM (PTC Windchill) and/or CPQ (Oracle CPQ).

Additional information:

• Candidates must be willing to travel when required, up to 25% domestic and/or international travel to any of the world-wide Flowserve sites.
• This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite) from our office in Irving or Houston, TX.
