Information System Security Manager - Circor International : Job Details

The Information Security System Manager (ISSM) deploys, maintains, and supports on-premise services. The incumbent provides customer service by responding to requests promptly and accurately. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting CIRCOR's Intel & cloud servers, backend systems supporting division production processes, data storage platforms, and hosted services. The ISSM ensures service levels and performance are maintained, executing tasks according to standards and service levels.

The ISSM supports the organization's information assurance program, maintaining operational security posture and ensuring policies, standards, and procedures are followed. They assist with security management, perform vulnerability and risk assessments, manage system changes, and prepare security documentation such as SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and SRTMs.

The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and OS issues with vendors, managing backups, monitoring system health, and ensuring operational stability of supporting technologies. The ISSM leads project deliverables, participates in technical integration during mergers and acquisitions, and ensures projects meet budget, timeline, quality, and stakeholder requirements.

The ISSM maintains current technical knowledge, monitors cybersecurity compliance through inspections and reviews, and coordinates with stakeholders to define and maintain security postures. They manage security documentation, conduct security event log reviews, and adhere to IT policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

• 3-5 years of ISSO/ISSM experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
• US Security Clearance preferred
• Must be a U.S. citizen
