Human Resources Director - Dover Corporation : Job Details

Reporting to the Site General Manager and dotted line to the VP - HR, the HR Director is a key member of the site leadership team and will be responsible for facilitating and executing the HR Strategy, managing the union contract and relationship, talent management, company HR policies and programs, and employee relations in support of the overall business objectives of the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the site HR functional leader and provides strategic business support which aligns with HR best practices and company objectives. Collaborates with senior leadership to build the organizations goals and strategy related to talent, recruiting, and retention.
