Job Overview:

The Manufacturing HR Manager oversees all human resources functions within a manufacturing setting. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and address grievances.

Qualifications:
