The HR Coordinator Position The Human Resources Coordinator supports EctoHR's clients and internal team through a range of administrative and HR-related tasks. Responsibilities include processing background checks, managing payroll, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, benefit administration, preparing offer letters, and providing general office support. This fast-paced role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Working closely with other team members, the HR Coordinator can make an immediate impact on business operations, eventually growing into a client-facing role and contributing to complex HR and recruiting projects.
