ATTENTION: Compassionate Caregivers We are looking for a Home Health Aid to join our team! If you have prior Home Health experience, this is a plus, but not required. Working directly with clients to follow one-on-one care plans in patient homes, you will operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. As a detail-oriented and highly organized individual, you must be committed to creating a healthy environment that meets the needs of our clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to succeed in this role. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as transferring in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, preparing meals, or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Give medication reminders
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program OR able to pass the Florida Home Health Aide competency test that we will administer prior to your interview.
• High School Diploma or GED
• >Five years prior experience in senior caregiving
• Valid driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance with your name on the policy
• Proof of current CPR certification (Valid means the CPR course was certified by the American Heart Association and includes in-person validation of your skills)
• Ability to pass AHCA background screening
