As a Guest Services and Take-out Associate, you are the first and last person our guests will see during their visit. Your role is critical in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and appreciated, setting a positive tone for their experience.

Your job responsibilities include:

• Warmly greeting guests upon arrival and sharing information about our specials and events.
• Expressing gratitude as guests depart and encouraging their return.
• Efficiently managing waiting lists, seating arrangements, and aiding servers as needed.
• Handling incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Processing carry-out orders through the POS system, engaging in suggestive selling, verifying order accuracy, and managing payments.
• Providing assistance to servers and managers throughout the dining area.
• Ensuring every guest leaves with a smile!
