Group Assistant - Aquent Talent : Job Details

This 13 month engagement (with possible extension) is a 100% onsite in Redmond, WA.

As a Group Assistant, you will be the backbone of a thriving team, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to impactful projects. Your organizational prowess and proactive approach will be essential in supporting C-level executives and collaborating with the team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a dynamic team.
• Coordinate meetings and events, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage department finances, personnel operations, and facility-related purchasing.
• Tackle special projects as assigned, showcasing your versatility and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate travel arrangements with efficiency and precision.
• Uphold team policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory management for hardware, maintaining accurate records.
• Provide calendar support for C-level executives, optimizing their schedules.
• Collaborate effectively with the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Must-Haves:

• 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21 to $24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
