GC Engineer Processing - Rose Acre Farms : Job Details

The Processing Engineer will be responsible for locating causes of egg processing equipment malfunction, repairing broken parts and engineering preventative maintenance activities for both buildings and equipment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of egg processing equipment and maintenance. Ensure that all egg processing machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime. Investigate and troubleshoot equipment malfunction and make recommendations for improvement. Recommend repairs and/or replace defective equipment and/or parts following malfunction. Clean, maintain, repair, and lubricate processing machinery and its parts. Maintain and oversee overall cleanliness and proper functioning of the egg processing buildings, tools, and machinery. Monitor computer systems for all processing vitals (flow, efficiency, and optimization).
