Front Desk Attendant/Program Coordinator A local Pittsburgh organization is searching for a skilled and personable Front Desk Attendant/Program Coordinator to join their team making an impact on people with disabilities. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for managing incoming communications and act as a welcoming face for clients and employees. The ideal candidate will be respectful, thoughtful, and familiar with the functions of an office.
Responsibilities - Manage incoming communication via phone, e-mail, and in-person.
- Assist fellow staff with various tasks as needed around the center
- Monitor center activities and entrances to ensure that clients and community members are engaging in services safely.
- Maintain an accurate database of center and client activities and engagement.
- Other duties as assigned and necessary.
Qualifications and Skills - Proven track record of excellent customer service, preferably in a social services setting.
- Basic understanding of administrative functions.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Possession or willingness to obtain first aid and CPR certification.
- Clean background check.
- Successful TB screening.
Benefits/Compensation - Full time
- 40 hours a week
- 9am-4pm
- Pay rate based on experience
- Monday - Friday, 5 days a week
- Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
