What You'll Do
- Measure & Mix with Accuracy: Retrieve and prepare dry/wet ingredients for production following precise instructions.
- Document the Details: Log every step according to GMP-because quality starts with great records.
- Clean & Sanitize Like a Pro: Keep equipment, tanks, filters, and workspaces spotless and safe.
- Check the Quality: Perform in-process checks to ensure every product meets our gold standard.
- Stay Connected: Communicate issues, equipment concerns, and improvements with your team and supervisors.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 1 year of experience? No problem-we'll train you!
- Basic understanding of food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Knowledge of FEFO inventory practices, ingredient handling, and batch preparation
- Physical stamina to lift and transport materials and the visual/mathematical literacy to do it right
- Awareness of safety standards, including hazardous material handling and use of PPE
- Bonus if you're certified in forklifts, pallet jacks, or drum haulers (but we can help with that too)
