• North Carolina Medical License
• North Carolina DEA
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS certifications required
• Required Procedures: Simple laceration repair, Simple lesion removals
• Outpatient Only
• EPIC EMR
• Average # of Patients/Day/Provider: 18-20
• Clinic includes 6 exam rooms, a trauma room, on-site lab and x-ray
