• Deliver benefit enrollment services tailored to business needs
• Achieve production and growth objectives on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
• Coordinate weekly activity plans with the leadership team
• Maintain adherence to the proven activity model for success
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
