Director of Ticket Operations & SystemsLocation: Clemson, SCOpen Date: Open Until FilledDescription Clemson University, a top public research university, is seeking a Director of Ticket Operations & Systems. This role oversees ticketing operations for men's basketball and secondary responsibilities for football, managing revenue growth, fan experience, and operational excellence. The position manages two full-time staff and requires expertise in ticketing systems, customer service, and strategic sales initiatives.Responsibilities System Management (40%) : Serve as the expert on the Archtics ticket software, train staff, manage season setup, online sales, and troubleshoot issues.Ticket Operations Oversight (25%) : Lead ticketing for men's basketball and other sports, ensure smooth game-day operations, and travel to out-of-town events as needed.Strategic Sales & Communications (15%) : Supervise season ticket renewals, collaborate with marketing, and research new sales opportunities.Customer Service & Supervision (15%) : Manage, train, and evaluate staff, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance with policies.Other Duties (5%) : Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree5+ years of relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications Master's DegreeExperience in ticket sales, customer service, and technical ticketing componentsAdditional Information Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing staff and contributing to budget planning. The physical and working conditions involve standing, sitting, walking, and travel. Standard work hours are 40 per week.
