This leadership role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services, managing a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with strong managerial skills to foster a collaborative and patient-focused environment. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the Rehabilitation Department, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services.
  • Develop and implement department policies, procedures, and programs to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Oversee department budgets, staffing, and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Promote a positive, patient-centered culture within the department.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Proven leadership experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of rehabilitation practices, therapies, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team toward achieving departmental and organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation processes.
